Keith Green Jr. is an Assistant District Attorney in the St. John the Baptist Parish District Attorney's office. He serves as Chief of the Civil Division.
The DA's office signed a Cooperative Endeavor Agreement with the St. John the Baptist Parish Council to administer the Parish's Adjudicated Properties Program. Mr. Green participates in the program and works closely with the third party vendors, the Assessor's office, Clerk of Court, and Sheriff's office regarding issues that arise with the adjudicated properties, prospective purchasers, current owners, and the general public. The Agreement is set to end in August of 2017.
The Parish Council has indicated a desire to recapture the program and Mr. Green, through his private law firm, is interested in submitting a proposal to run the program in the event a request for proposal is issued by the Parish.

La. R.S. 42:1111C(1)(a) prohibits a public servant from receiving any thing of economic value for any service, the subject matter of which is devoted substantially to the responsibilities, programs, or operations of the agency of the public servant and in which the public servant has participated.
