Request that the Board waive the $600 campaign finance late fee assessed against Andrew Randall, Jr., a candidate for Judge, Juvenile Court, Elec. Sect. 1C in the November 8, 2016 election, whose 10-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 10 days late. |

Karla McCulloch, Financial Chairperson for the Andrew Randall Candidate for Juvenile Judge Campaign, states that this is the first election campaign of which she served in this capacity. She was not aware that she did not have all the essential paperwork initially for the time lines for the filing dates. When the initial forms for the financial disclosure were received, she immediately began to review the material. However, the packet did not include the detailed scheduling of reporting and filing and deadlines for candidates. Upon receiving the notice of the late filing of the required report, she read the attached sheet in its entirety and determined what she needed to do. The remainder of the required reports for the election were submitted in a timely manner.
