Advisory opinion request from Christian Creed regarding whether the Code of Governmental Ethics would prohibit the Ouachita Parish Police Jury from seizing funds produced by a millage for the GB Cooley Hospital and using those in ways not intended by the millage. Facts:
Mr. Creed requested an advisory opinion regarding whether the Code of Governmental Ethics would prohibit the Ouachita Parish Police Jury from seizing funds produced by a millage for the GB Cooley Hospital and use those in ways not intended by the millage.
Recommendations:
Adopt draft advisory opinion.
