Mr. Laiche requested an advisory opinion regarding whether the members of the Avoyelles Parish Port Commission (Commission) and/or companies owned by such members are prohibited from performing compensated services for a person who leases property and facilities from the Commission.
On two occasions, the staff requested the following information from Mr. Laiche.
1. The name of the commissioner(s) and any company owned by the commissioner(s) at issue in his request.
2. The name of the tenant(s) at issue in his request.
3. Any additional information that he believed would be relevant in the Board's consideration of this matter.
Mr. Laiche has not responded to the request for additional information to date.
