Ms. Meeks states that her employment ended with the Louisiana Coalition Against Domestic Violence (LCADV) in December 2016, and that the finance manager at that organization was to complete the Final Expenditure Report. Ms. Meeks states that when the manager did not meet the deadline, she assumes that an email was sent to her LCADV email account. She states that in mid-December, an auto reply email was sent from that account telling people who to contact in her absence and where she could be reached.
After checking the email box for the agency, no email was received indicating that the account was inactive or that provided contact information.
