Christopher Scheeler stated that it will not take away from the completion of his duties with the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office as he intends to hire someone to manage the day to day affairs of the business. However, Mr. Scheeler did not provide any contact information for himself other than the return address.
Therefore, Staff sent a letter on April 18, 2017 requesting the following information to Mr. Scheeler:
1) Does Pelican Emergency Response Training Systems intend to offer these services to the St. Bernard Sheriff's Office.
2) What is his job title and job description. In particular, any services he may preform for the Sheriff's office that Pelican Emergency Response Training Systems may preform for clients. (Is there any overlap of services)
3) The Department he is assigned to in the Sheriff's Office. (a flow chart)
