Mr. Redmond asks the Board to accept his formal apology for filing late. He also states, while ignorance of his responsibilities to file timely is never an excuse, he did fail to realize - in this, his first time lobbying - that he had to file even if there was no activity or expenditures made on behalf of his client's interests. Mr. Redmond states that he is now fully aware of his responsibilities and will be very diligent in filing timely in the future.
