RE:
Waiver request submitted by Eileen "Candy Jasmin", candidate for the St. James Parish School Board - District 6, in the November 2016 election, regarding a $1,500 late fee assessed for filing her 2015 Tier 3 candidate PFD 215 days late.
Facts:
Ms. Jasmin stated that because she withdrew from the election, she is not required to file a personal financial disclosure.

A review of the database indicates that PFD statements (for candidates in the November 2016 election) were due by July 27, 2016. Ms. Jasmin withdrew from the election on July 28, 2016, one day past the due date for filing a disclosure statement. Therefore, she was still required to file a candidate PFD.
