Request that the Board waive the $1,200 campaign finance late fee assessed against Recall Yenni, Inc., as a recall effort, its committee's chairperson and treasurer, Robert B. Evans, III, October 12, 2016 election, for the late filing of the 135-P campaign finance report, which was filed 6 days late. |
|
Robert B. Evans, III, on behalf of Recall Yenni, Inc., states at the time the report was due on February 24, 2017 he was still under the care of three physicians and was taking a variety of prescribed medication which further limited his ability to concentrate on the very specific details required in the filing of the financial report. He is the only member of Recall Yenni, Inc. responsible for filing its financial reports.
