Request that the Board waive the $1,000, $240 and $1,000 campaign finance late fees assessed against Recall Yenni, Inc., as a recall effort, its committee's chairperson and treasurer, Robert B. Evans, III, October 12, 2016 election, for the late filing of the 45-P, 135-P and 200-P campaign finance reports, which were filed 64, 6 and 22 days late, respectively. |
|
Robert B. Evans, III, on behalf of Recall Yenni, Inc., states at the time the report was due on February 24, 2017, he was still under the care of three physicians and was taking a variety of prescribed medication, which further limited his ability to concentrate on the very specific details required in the filing of the financial report. He states that he is the only member of Recall Yenni, Inc. responsible for filing its financial reports.
