A request for production of public records made to the City of Bogalusa (Washington Parish) was denied by Director of Administration, Stacy M. Smith. Smith indicated in her letter rejecting the request, that the information sought did not pertain to documents or records as required by the Louisiana Public Records law. The request sought information relative to the Mayor's vehicle as well as information relative to park construction and the Mayor's hiring of a law firm.
