Mr. Kyte respectfully requests a waiver from the $50 assessment levied against him for the late filing of his May 2017 lobbying expenditure report. he states this was his first filing. He states that because he was traveling and he had no activity, he simply made a mistake and missed the deadline. Mr. Kyte states that this was an unintentional act and that he fully recognizes the importance of timely filing such reports. He states that he has added a reminder to his permanent calendar and will not make this mistake again.
