Kirk Peshoff would like to apply for employment as a wastewater operator with the Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater, District No. 1. Tammy Peshoff resigned July 31, 2017 from the Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater, District No. 1 Board. Additionally, the Cameron Parish Police Jury, at its August 11, 2017 board meeting, appointed Fred Sanders to the Cameron Parish Water & Wastewater, District No. 1 Board to fill Tammy Peshoff's former position.

La. R.S. 42:1121(A)(1) prohibits a former agency head, for a period of two years from the termination of his public service as the head of such agency, from assisting another person for compensation, in a transaction, or appearance in a connection with a transaction, involving that agency or rendering any service on a contractual basis to that agency.
La. R.S. 42:1121(A)(2) prohibits former members of boards or commissions, for a period of two years following the termination of their public service on such board or commission, from contracting with, being employed in any capacity by, or being appointed to any position by that board or commission.
