Request that the Board waive the $200 campaign finance late fee assessed against the Thomas Jefferson Fund, a political action committee, its committee's chairperson, Curtis Mezzic, and treasurer, Ronald Rosser, for the July 2017 monthly report which was filed 1 day late. |

Paula M. Bruner, an attorney and report preparer for the Thomas Jefferson Fund PAC, states that this is the first time that the PAC did not file a timely report. On July 25, 2017, the PAC submitted a new Electronic Filing Affidavit reflecting the change of its authorized filers from Nancy Picard (now retired) and Annette DiLorenzo, to herself and her assistant, Angel Kirsch. With the recent adjustments, she states she inadvertently filed the Committee Report on August 11th. On behalf of the PAC, she states she intends to timely file its Committee Reports in the future.
