Ms. Graybill states that the Southern Poverty Law Center's administrative staff provides assistance to her and other SPLC employees who are registered lobbyists in Louisiana in timely completing their monthly reports. She states that for the report that was due by July 25, 2017, the SPLC's administrative staff uploaded her report, but did not finalize it due to a clerical error.
