Waiver request submitted by Gerald Max Stell, M.D., the Coroner of Webster Parish, regarding a $700 late fee assessed for filing his 2016 Tier 2 annual pfd 7 days late. |
|
Dr. Stell stated that he would like an "exemption" from timely filing his disclosure statement. He explained that he had to file an extension on his income tax return because he is closing his medical practice and it is taking his CPA a good bit of time to close his books.
