ABL performs the statutory duties of providing Support Service Provider services for the Louisiana Commission for the Deaf through a contract. Fallon Frederick has agreed that she violated La. R.S. 42:1112 by assigning her mother, Cindy Robbillard, as a Support Service Provider through Affiliated Blind of Louisiana (ABL) on numerous occasions. Ms. Robbillard had substantial economic interests in performing these contracts services for ABL and the Commission for the Deaf.
