Brandie Fabre was hired as a records/scanning clerk by Lance Marino, Clerk of Court for St. Charles Parish. Brandie Fabre is the daughter of Chief Deputy Clerk of Court, Brian Fabre. A Disqualification Plan submitted by Lance Marino indicated that Brian Fabre will have no direct supervision over Brandie Fabre, nor will he have any involvement, authority or decision making as to Brandie Fabre's potential promotions, salary increase, or any potential disciplinary action. All supervision of Brandie Fabre will be handled by the Clerk of Court, Lance Marino.
