Facts:
Ms. Bourn seeks an advisory opinion request regarding the application of the dual office holding provisions, specifically La. R.S. 42:63, as they apply to a member of the Washington Parish Library Board of Control, who is also employed as the Director of St. Tammany Parish Libraries.

LAC 52:I.601A: The Board may decline to render an opinion with regard to any such request.
