Judge Terry A. Doughty, judge of the 5th Judicial District Drug Court will be resigning his position to assume a post on the Federal Bench. The Drug Court will be run by its Fiscal Agent, Cindy F. Odom. Ms. Odom will continue to be a W-2 employee, however, she will operate from her home. It is necessary to transfer all financial records and files of the Drug Court from the Richland Parish Courthouse to her home office.
