RE:
Request that the Board waive $1,260 and $1,980 campaign finance late fees assessed against Adrienne Ricard Conish, a candidate for State Representative, 58th Representative District in the October 14, 2017 election, whose 30-P and 10-P campaign finance disclosure reports were filed 21 and 33 days late, respectively.
Facts:
Adrienne Ricard Conish states that initially there was a filing mix up with form 30-P. She states the incorrect form was filed. She states she was unaware of this mistake and of its delinquency until receiving a notice from the Board. She states the 30-P was promptly filed upon receipt of the notice.

18:1505.4.A(1) Any candidate, the treasurer or chairman of a political committee, or any other person required to file any reports under this Chapter, who knowingly fails to file or who knowingly fails to timely file any such reports as are required by this Chapter may be assessed a civil penalty for each day until such report is filed. 18:1484.(2)(b). Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.

Recommendations:
Decline to waive for the 30-P and 10-P reports.
