Dwight McKenna states that his preparer assumed she had filed all necessary reports and was not aware that the reports had not been received until December 9, 2017. He states that as soon as notice was received the report were filed. He asks that the Board consider that he has always filed timely reports and had no knowledge that this report had not been received.
