He states he was informed that the report had not been received and he was advised to fax the report. He states the report was faxed on February 23, 2017 at approximately 3:28 p.m.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
