Mr. Basinger states that he was late because he misunderstood the requirements. Another reason is his travel schedule was extremely heavy during that time frame for his role as Manager of Economic & Business Development with SWEPCO. He states he has to travel frequently to assist communities in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas recruiting new industries to their areas. He regrets the late payment for the registration fee and humbly requests that the late fee of $1,500 be waived.
