In connection with his request for a waiver of the $640 late fees assessed for the late filing of his Special campaign finance report, Michael Carbo, on behalf of Harry B. Silver, states that an error, on the part of his office, was made regarding not reporting transactions that required filing a Special report. It was their understanding that the threshold for filing a Special report was $1,000, however, the threshold is actually $250.
Mr. Silver is an any other level candidate. This is his second election.
