OTHER LATE FILINGS: Mr. Robertson was assessed late fees totaling $7,640 which were converted into a Judgment of the 19th JDC on July 30, 3007. Mr. Robertson paid that judgment on January 8, 2010.
In addition to the late fees which were included in the July 30, 2007 Judgment, Darryl Robertson has other late fees that have not been converted into a Judgment. In Ethics Board Docket No. 2006-968 and 2007-237, the Board at its June 18, 2010 meeting suspended all but $2,000 of $6,600 in late fees. At its July 16, 2010 meeting, the Board further suspended all but $500 of the $2,000 in late fees imposed against Darryl Robertson for the late filings of three (3) Supplemental campaign finance reports in connection with the October 7, 2000, October 5, 2002, and September 30, 2006 elections. The suspension of the $6,100 was conditioned upon his future compliance with the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act, therefore, the $6,100 is now being reassessed as a result of this new late filing.
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $60 late fee assessed for the late filing of his Special campaign finance report, Darryl L. Robertson states that he was uncertain as to when the report was due. He filed his report believing that its was filed forty-eight (48) hours before the election date.
Mr. Robertson is a district level candidate. This is his fourth election.
