In connection with his request for a waiver of the $540 and $480 late fees assessed for the late filings of his Special and EDE-P campaign finance reports, Alfred C. Williams, on behalf of Sterling Anthony, states that it was their understanding that the 10-G report could be accepted as the EDE-P report, as well as the final report, since it reflected the same information.
Mr. Anthony is an any other level candidate. This is his first election.
