In connection with his request for a waiver of the $900 and $120 late fees assessed for the late filings of his Special and 10-G campaign finance reports, Craig Freeman states that the Board of Ethics did not provide training or support for candidates during the fall 2010 election cycle. There were two candidates in his race. The election was decided on October 2, 2010. He further states that the need to file a 10-G report was not clear.

Mr. Freeman is a district level candidate. This is his first election.
