Daryl Terry states that this is his first time running for public office and he hired a bookkeeper to handle filing his reports. He states that his 30-P report was filed one day late and he was told by staff at the Ethics Board that he was also required to file an Annual report for his activity in 2017. He states that the paperwork he received when he qualified for office did not make it clear that he was required to file an Annual report.
