In connection with his request for a waiver of the $1,400 late fee assessed for the late filing of ABC Pelican PAC's 10-G campaign finance report, Tim Johnson, chairman for the committee states that the committee believed it was not required to report the same transaction it previously reported on their 10-P report filed on September 16, 2010. Since the committee received no further contributions within the reporting period for a 10-G report, the committee believed it fulfilled their reporting obligations.
