In Ethics Board Docket No. 2004-375 the Board suspended all but $250 of the $1,200 in late fees imposed for the late filings of the 10-G, EDE-G, and 40-G campaign finance disclosure reports in connection with the October 5, 2002 election. The suspension of the $950 was conditioned upon future compliance with the Campaign Finance Disclosure Act; therefore, the $950 is now being reassessed as a result of this new late filing.
