In connection with his request for a waiver of the $400 assessed for the late filing of his EDE-P campaign finance report, John C. Montecino states that he believed he timely filed his report, until he received notice from the Campaign Finance division. After speaking with a campaign finance compliance officer, he was informed the report was filed on the wrong form. He then downloaded the correct form and immediately filed the report. Mr. Montecino is an any other level candidate. This is his second election.
