ELECTION: October 2, 2010 TYPE OF REPORT: 10-G DAYS LATE: 8 ASSESSED FEE: $320 REPORT DUE: October 25, 2010 REPORT FILED: November 2, 2010 ACTIVITY REPORTED: $1,200 in receipts, $0 disbursements, and $6,105.30 in funds on hand
OTHER LATE FILINGS: 2
A 10-G report due October 30, 2006 and filed 1day late and a 10-P report due September 22, 2010 and filed 1 day late, in connection with the September 30, 2006 and October 2, 2010 elections. The $40 and $40 assessed late fee in connection with the September 30, 2006 and October 2, 2010 elections have been paid.
In connection with his request for a waiver of the $320 assessed for the late filing of his 10-G campaign finance report, Marnie Landry, on behalf of her husband, Lawrence Landry, states that it was an honest mistake that Mr. Landry did not timely file his 10-G report. Mr. Landry believed the EDE-P report was the last report he was required to file since he was not in a runoff. Mr. Landry is an any other level candidate. This is his second election.
