Persons who have or are seeking to obtain a contractual or other business or financial relationship with a state or statewide public retirement system is required to file a semi-annual financial disclosure statement if the person has made expenditures of five hundred dollars or more in a calendar year. The report covering July 1st through December 31st is due by February 15th.
Ms. Thorpe stated she completed the form on February 10, 2018 and does not know why it did not reach the Board by the 15th.

R.S. 42:1114.2 provides that each person who has or is seeking to obtain contractual or other business or financial relationships with a state or statewide public retirement system shall file with the Board of Ethics, in the manner provided in this Section, a report of all expenditures for a retirement official or retirement officials.
