Advisory opinion request regarding whether the Code of Governmental Ethics would prohibit Lafourche Basin Levee District Board members James and Whitney Jasmin from voting on disciplinary action being taken against the Executive Director, Donald Ray Henry, after a verbal and physical altercation between Donald Ray Henry and James and Whitney Jasmin. No civil actions have been filed at this time. James and Whitney Jasmin are brothers.
