RE:
Waiver request submitted by Christopher "Chris" Lorell Roberts, with the Jefferson Parish Council/District 1/Jefferson, regarding a $2500 late fee assessed for failing to file his 2015 Tier 2 annual PFD.
Facts:
Mr. Roberts has not submitted his 2015 Tier 2 Annual PFD for 2015 as his final tax return is not yet complete. This is a result of a domestic divorce (24th JDC Case No. 749-209), which occurred in 2015 and the complex financial situation to decipher the final income tax return. A CPA is in the process of completing the return now. Mr. Roberts states he will file the disclosure as soon as the tax return is complete.

He has four (4) other outstanding $2500 late fees, all transferred to the AG office: 2013 Tier 2 Amend, 2014 Tier 2,2014 Tier 2 Amend, and 2014 Tier 2 Candidate.
