Mr. Pistorio states that, on July 18, 2018, he informed his filing representative that he was no longer required to be a registered lobbyist in Louisiana. He states that, in error, his representative indicated on the June report that it was a supplemental report terminating his status as a lobbyist. Mr. Pistorio states this is his first error in filing reports.

33:9668D(1) Any person required to register and who fails to timely register and any person who fails to timely file any report required by this Chapter shall be assessed, pursuant to R.S. 42:1157, a late fee of fifty dollars.
33:9664D(1) Within ten days of termination of a registrant's employment or representation of any person, the registrant shall file a supplemental registration with the ethics board acknowledging the termination of his/her employment or representation.
