When Mr. Hernandez left the firm, Kieu Frisby stated that she terminated the registration of Mr. Hernandez. Kieu Frisby states that she was unaware of the timing rules surrounding the termination requirements.

33:9668D(1) Any person required to register and who fails to timely register and any person who fails to timely file any report required by this Chapter shall be assessed, pursuant to R.S. 42:1157, a late fee of fifty dollars.
49:74D(1)a Within ten days of termination of a registrant's employment or representation of any person, the registrant shall file a supplemental registration with the ethics board acknowledging the termination of his/her employment or representation.
