Kaneshia Thomas-Cheatham is currently employed as a Social Service Analyst II for the Department of Children and Family Services in the East Feliciana Economic Stability Office (DCFS-EF). Ms. Thomas-Cheatham's duties include:
- Explaining the program to applicants;
- Assess clients' willingness and ability to comply with program mandates;
- Records findings and recommendations as a case manager;
- Interviews applicants to determine support services needed;
- Monitors program participation to determine compliance.
- Interprets and applies complex federal, state and local laws and regulations.
Kaneshia Thomas-Cheatham would like to work as a bail bond agent. Her duties would include the following:
- Bond assessment;
- Background investigation;
- Assess the defendant's ability to pay;
- Assess whether defendant will appear in court.
