Waiver request submitted by Scott Damion Vallo, with the Gueydan Board of Aldermen, Vermillion Parish (Pop. 1398), regarding a $1500 late fee assessed for filing his 2017 Tier 3 annual PFD 52 days late. |
|
Mr. Vallo has had numerous issues with his filings but has never had a fine before. He states that the reason his filings were late were from his incompetence. He believes the fine is harsh because the reason his original filing was not compliant was because he forgot to put $675 he received from the Town of Gueydan.
