Ann McCrory, Judicial Administrator for the 19th Judicial District Court, inquired as to whether an employee of the 19th Judicial District Court may be re-employed part-time or contract with her agency to provide the same service after she retires.
After a discussion with staff regarding La. R.S. 42:1121, Ms. McCrory asked to withdraw her request for an advisory opinion.
