Waiver request submitted by Melinda L. Doucet, with the Jefferson Parish School Board, District 7, Jefferson, regarding a $2500 late fee assessed for filing her amended 2017 Tier 2 annual pfd 102 days late. |
|
Ms. Doucet states that her delay in filing was because she qualified and was running for office when her opponent filed suit challenging her candidacy. She states that she was consumed with this litigation and unable to speak with her accountant who was tied up due to tax deadlines.
