Request that the Board waive the $540 campaign finance late fee assessed against Eddie J. Boudreaux, Jr., in his capacity as a candidate for Member of School Board, District 2, Jefferson Parish, in the November 6, 2018 election, whose 30-P campaign finance disclosure report was filed 9 days late. |
|
Eddie J. Boudreaux states that he is a new candidate and was not aware he couldn't mail the report in and that the only option was to submit the forms via LEADERS. He states that the fees that were accrued are more than his whole campaign itself. When he received the notice he went to the Notary and filed the next day. He states he had no ill intentions and cannot afford such high fee's. He humbly ask that the late fee be waived.
