She states she has always reported timely and with follow ups to the office, and she has never submitted a late report. She states she is asking for the Board's consideration as she is a first time candidate for public office.

Each candidate for any other public office shall file reports of contributions in excess of two hundred dollars in the aggregate during the aggregating period.
