Request that the Board waive the $540 campaign finance late fee assessed against Laurie Reis Brister, a candidate for District Judge, 6th Judicial District Court, East Carroll, Madison and Tensas Parishes, in the November 6, 2018 election, whose 10-G campaign finance disclosure report was filed 9 days late. |
|
Sherry Hamilton, report preparer for Laurie Reis Brister, states that she misunderstood the filing requirement for the 10-G report because Ms. Brister was elected in the primary election and did not participate in the general election.
