Tina Miceli states that in reference to the Special report (11 days), she misinterpreted the instructions from the "Schedule Of Reporting And Filing Dates." In reference to the Special report (8 Days Late), she states that she filed it after receiving the previous letter of February 6, 2019 for the late fee assessment for the other Special report. She apologizes and states that the late filings were simply because of human error and not intentional.
