Corey Arbourgh was elected to the Plaquemines Parish Council for a four-year term beginning January 1, 2019, and he is eligible for one additional term of four years. Councilman Arbourgh is also employed as the general manager of the Four Seasons Car Wash & Oil Change in Belle Chasse, Louisiana. He is not a member or shareholder and has no ownership or other financial interest in the business except for his compensation, which is not based on bonuses or commissions derived from sales.
The Plaquemines Parish Council does not contract with Four Seasons Car Wash & Oil Change. However, in the past, Plaquemines Parish Government through its Administration, has patronized the establishment for the purposes of receiving oil changes and car washes for its vehicles.

La. R.S. 1111C(2)(d) prohibits a public servant and any legal entity in which the public servant exercises control or owns an interest in excess of twenty-five percent, from receiving anything of economic value for services rendered to or for a person who has or is seeking to obtain contractual or other business or financial relationships with the public servant's agency.
