Mr. Ete states that he is still learning how to submit monthly reports properly and on a timely basis. He states that he thought the expenditure report due by October 25th was for October, not September. He states that it was not until he arrived in his office on Monday, October 28th that he received the alert that his expenditure report for September was late. He states that he has since edited his alerts on his monthly calendar.
