Betty Robinson states the following:
The 40-G form was not in her original packet and she did not know it was needed. She humbly asks that the Board reconsider the fine assessed and allow the previous fine assessed for the 10-G report to remain suspended. This will be an extreme hardship for her. She lives on a fixed income and has had some life changing events that have put a financial strain on her household. She cared for her ailing 90 year old brother as he suffered from Alzheimer's. His care and his death left her with financial burdens and she is still trying to recover financially. Any consideration given will be greatly appreciated.
