Ms. Edge states that she submitted her lobbyist report the week of November 18-22nd and she was out of the office from November 25-29th for the Thanksgiving holiday. She states that on Sunday, December 1st, she was sorting emails and found the email that her report had not been received.
Ms. Edge states that it was brought to her attention that the State of Louisiana experienced some computer issues and could have possibly been why her report wasn't received.
The lobbying staff verified with our IT division that there was an outage between November 18, 2018 at 10:00am through November 19, 2019 at 2:00PM. During the outage, Ms. Edge would not have been able to log in to the system to submit a report. Ms. Edge stated that she submitted the report; however, the lobbying profile for Ms. Edge reflects no attempt made to log into the system during the month of November.
